Terms of Service

Effective date: April 19, 2026

These are the terms that apply when you use PageScore HQ or buy one of our audit reports. We've kept them short and in plain English.

What the service is

PageScore HQ generates automated SEO audit reports for local businesses. The reports identify technical and on-page issues that may be affecting how a website appears in Google search results. Reports are informational only.

Not a guarantee of results

Our reports identify issues we find on your website. We do not promise that fixing these issues will improve your Google rankings, bring in more customers, or produce any specific business outcome. Search engine algorithms are complex, change often, and depend on many factors outside the scope of any audit.

No refunds

The full audit report is a digital product delivered instantly after purchase. Because it's delivered immediately and can't be "returned," all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the report has been delivered. If something actually went wrong on our end (you paid and didn't get the report), reply to the email that delivered your report and we'll make it right.

You're responsible for implementation

The report tells you what to fix and how — but actually implementing the fixes is your responsibility. You're free to do it yourself, have your web developer do it, or hire someone else. We don't implement the fixes for you.

Automated and AI-generated

Reports are generated using automated tools and AI. They are not a substitute for professional SEO consultation, a certified marketing professional, or bespoke strategy. Treat the report as a useful starting checklist, not gospel.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on the report, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question.

CAN-SPAM compliance

Our cold emails comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 7701 et seq.). Every email we send:

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date at the top of the page.
