Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 19, 2026
PageScore HQ runs automated SEO audits for local businesses. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to opt out. We keep it short because there isn't much to say.
What we collect
We only collect business contact information from public sources. Specifically:
- Business name
- Website URL
- A public email address found on the business's own website (e.g. a contact page)
- City and business category, as listed on Google Maps or similar directories
- Publicly available technical information about the website itself (HTTPS status, page speed, meta tags, etc.) โ this is what the audit report is based on
We do not collect personal information such as home addresses, social security numbers, financial information, or anything behind a login.
How we use it
We use this information to send a single one-time audit report offer by email. If you purchase the full report, we use your email to deliver the report and send you a receipt. That's it.
How to opt out
Reply "unsubscribe" to any email we send and we'll remove your address from our outreach.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your business contact information or audit data to any third party. Ever.
Service providers
We use a small set of standard providers to run the business โ email delivery, payment processing, and cloud hosting. These providers process data only to deliver their specific service to us, and cannot use it for any other purpose.
Data retention
If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list so we don't contact you again. If you purchase a report, we keep the purchase record for accounting and tax purposes. Otherwise, unused records are deleted periodically.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date at the top and note what changed.
